Kids' Club Council

The Kids' Club Council is a good way of introducing democracy to the children. The elected councillors meet to consider new proposals, and ways to improve Kids' Club. This promotes children's listening and speaking skills and helps develop communication.

The children share their inspiring ideas, and make decisions on what has been discussed. This is an enjoyable way to allow children to work as a team, and develop their confidence.

Effective communication between staff and children, promotes participation in the activities that are provided for them. This is because, the children, have used their representatives, to facilitate their own choices.
