P.E. & Sports Premium
The Department for Education state that all young people should have the opportunity to live healthy and active lives and have a positive experience of Sport and Physical Activity. At Shirley Heath Junior School, we endeavour to provide our children with as many sporting opportunities as possible, utilising the P.E. and Sports Premium effectively to support this. Additionally, we have many links with the local community (South Solihull Schools' Sports' Partnership; Football Skills School; Edwardians Rugby) which enhances the levels of physical activity for our children.
Please see our P.E. and Sports Premium information below:
The PE and Sports Premium (PESP) document will be uploaded at the end of each term, denoting the relevant expenditure. We are currently awaiting the new pro-forma to be released by the DfE and the AfPE: https://www.afpe.org.uk/physical-education/evidencing-the-impact-guidance-template/
