Our Facilities

There are 420 pupils on roll. As learners, the children at Shirley Heath are a wonderful resource.

An additional teacher (Lead Practitioner) is employed during the morning.

There are 14 classrooms. Each classroom also has its own 65" touchscreen interactive LED board along with a staff iPad.  In addition to this we have a Playstation 4 , 90 pupil iPads, 30 Sphero ( a programmable robotic sphere), a computer suite fitted with 30 networked computers, 30 microbits and headphones, a Link with networked computers and all have access to the Internet. The ICT Suite also has an interactive board and a multi-media projector.

We have a hall, a fantastic, well-stocked library and a separate dining hall.  We are also fortunate to have attractive grounds, which include a large playing field, dens, climbing frame and a trim/tyre trails.
